Paddling Reisa River

From: 01.07. – 30.09.

Your guides will meet you at Reisafjord Hotel and will have suitable warm clothing and life jackets available.

After a short 30-minute drive into the beautiful Reisa Valley, we reach the starting point for your paddling / rafting trip.

You will help to set up the equipment, receive a briefing about the tour and our guides will show you what to do.

After a paddling / rafting trip of approximately 1 ½ hrs, we will reach our break spot, where a warm lunch awaits you.

You will have the opportunity to get beautiful wildlife and landscape pictures. Because it is a relative “silent” trip, we are a part of the natural surroundings.

After this break we head off to the finishing point, another hour down the river, say good bye to the beautiful Reisa River, and drive back to Sørkjosen. We visit “Kronebutikken”, a local, small-scale producer of skin products and jewellery, and a souvenir shop. It is run by Hilde Lund, who will show you around, and you will have the opportunity to buy some authentic souvenirs from your trip to the Reisa Valley.

Tea, coffee, water and cookies are available free of charge for our guests throughout the trip.

If our guests wish, we will organize a seafood dinner at the Reisafjord Hotel at the end of the trip. (additional cost: 215,- NOK  per guest)
